Yoga Bookings

Two different Yoga courses are currently offered. Yoga: Rebalance and Yoga:Therapeutic.

Yoga Rebalance : This is a popular offering and runs 3 times per weeks. Includes breathwork, postural and movement practice and deep meditative relaxation.

Yoga Restore: This session allows more time to explore seated Pranayama (Breathing Practices) and more time in Yoga Nidra (deep meditative relaxation). Nurturing and restorative postural and movement practice will also be included. This is currently available in workshop format rather than as a regular course.

Yoga Therapeutic: This offering is very similar to Yoga Rebalance with more time allocated to address modifications for people who are rehabilitating from injuries, surgeries and injuries and want to get the most out of a Yoga Practice.
